Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a superhero? What superpower would you choose? Some may say, to know all things or stop bad things before they happen, but Team Tamarack's superpower would be strength. Strength for the moment, strength to provide the best tender care to our residents and their families, strength to encourage and build others up, and strength to build a Culture of Care!
Tamarack is a new team, but this team possesses the superhero power that believes in working together for better outcomes for our residents and coworkers.
"When we work together, we accomplish so much more," says Paula Baughman, Human Resources Director. Working together starts with our Administration Team and trickles down to every member of Team Tamarack!
How do we stay encouraged to keep this Culture of Care? Easy. We host a Superhero Week to celebrate every member of our team. During this week, we hosted a picnic lunch complete with burgers on the grill and placed in super-meal lunch boxes, supercharged our morning with donuts and coffee, and had an Administration Hero Parade complete with superhero music. The residents' faces were full of smiles and laughter as the Administration Team wore masks and capes! We also had a soft pretzel bar because superheroes are never in a twist, and since superheroes are extra sweet, we had ice cream treats!
So, what superhero powers do you have? Team Tamarack believes in all of you! Let those superhero powers shine in all you do!
